L’Apple Watch Ultra 2 est un boîtier de 49 mm en titane Grade 5, 44 mm de largeur pour 12 mm d’épaisseur, 61,4 g en naturel et 61,8 g en noir. L’écran Retina OLED LTPO2 toujours activé affiche 410 × 502 pixels sur 1 185 mm² sous un verre saphir plat, et monte à 3 000 nits.
La puce SiP S9 et ses 64 Go portent l’autonomie annoncée à 36 heures en utilisation normale, 72 heures en mode économie d’énergie, avec 80 % de charge en une heure environ. Le GPS double fréquence L1+L5 et les essais MIL-STD 810H visent la montagne ; le profondimètre, précis à ± 1 m, l’eau.
C’est là qu’il faut lire Apple de près : le boîtier résiste à l’eau jusqu’à 100 m selon l’ISO 22810:2010, mais la plongée loisir est plafonnée à 40 m (EN 13319) — les deux chiffres ne disent pas la même chose. Warranty and after-sales service
Apple commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
This device falls under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme. When you buy, we take back a used device of the same type free of charge, one for one, whatever its brand and condition.
We send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
