The difference

Why buyfrom us?

Genuinely in stock

We only sell what we physically hold. An item that is out of stock stays marked as out of stock: no order is taken on it, and there is no open-ended wait. No refurbished goods, no customer returns put back on the shelf.

Insurance and paperwork are on us

Every parcel leaves insured by us, at no extra cost, and is handed over against signature. If a claim has to be opened, we run it from start to finish: you are refunded or re-sent, without having to chase us.

Two warranties, one point of contact

The manufacturer warranty, for the periods published by the brands themselves, comes on top of the two-year legal guarantee of conformity — which we carry. If you need to claim, write to us: return number provided, return postage at our expense.

Thirty days, no reason needed

Fourteen statutory days, extended to thirty. The request is made from your account, with immediate acknowledgement; the refund goes back to your original payment method, no later than fourteen days after we receive the return.

The price shown is the price paid

All taxes, delivery and insurance included: nothing is added at checkout. The price on the product page is the one on your invoice, with VAT itemised — and your VAT number appears on it if you are ordering for your business.

An identifiable seller

A company registered with the Dax trade register, based at 7 rue des Lieutenants Thomazo. A real address, a phone answered Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and an email that gets a reply within two working days.

How it works

Four steps,no surprises.

01

You order

Visa or Mastercard, or SEPA bank transfer — in one payment or interest-free in two or three instalments. By transfer, the card stays reserved for you for three working days, until the funds arrive.

02

We prepare

Within 1 to 2 working days. The serial number is recorded before the parcel is sealed; neutral outer packaging padded on all six sides, with nothing indicating the contents or the value.

03

We ship

Tracking number sent the same day. Home delivery, against signature only — never left in a letterbox.

04

You receive

A look at the outside of the parcel in front of the courier, and that is all. If you asked us to take back your old card, a prepaid return label is sent to you: the device is taken back even if it no longer works.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions,our answers.

Are the products shown genuinely in stock?

Yes. We only sell what we physically hold. When an item is out of stock it is shown as “Out of stock” and the buy button is disabled — we do not make it disappear from the shop, and we do not take orders on it.

Are your products new?

New and factory-sealed. No refurbished goods, no customer returns put back on the shelf.

How long is the warranty?

24 months minimum across the whole catalogue, and 36 months for ASUS and Gigabyte. These periods are the ones published by the manufacturers themselves. They come on top of the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, which falls to us as the seller.

Is the parcel insured?

Yes, at our expense, on every shipment: the parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, up to €5,000 per parcel, and is handed over against signature. If it is lost or damaged we refund or re-send — that is our responsibility, not yours.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is free to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland, and the parcel is handed over against signature — never left in a letterbox.

Can I return a product I have unpacked?

Yes. Opening the box does not take away your right to cancel. You may test the card as you would in a shop. A deduction is applied only if the product has lost value beyond that use, and it is explained to you before it is applied.

Is payment secure?

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, or by SEPA bank transfer from your own bank — in one payment or interest-free in two or three instalments. The transfer payee is shown before you confirm, and it never changes by email.

What power supply do I need?

The RTX 5090 draws 575 W. NVIDIA recommends a 1,000 W power supply with a 16-pin 12V-2x6 connector. Do not use an improvised adapter.

Will the card fit in my case?

Check the maximum graphics card length your case supports and the number of free slots. The exact dimensions are on each product page. If in doubt, write to us with your case model.

What do I do with my old graphics card?

We take it back free of charge, one for one, when you buy a new card. Tick the box when ordering: we send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
