La Watch D2 mesure la tension artérielle par méthode oscillométrique, avec un brassard gonflable intégré au bracelet. Huawei la fait certifier CE-MDR comme dispositif médical au titre du règlement (UE) 2017/745 pour la tension et la MAPA, l'application ECG étant certifiée séparément comme logiciel médical. Écran AMOLED de 1,82 pouce en 480 × 408 pixels, boîtier de 48 × 38 × 13,3 mm pour environ 40 g sans bracelet.
La MAPA est ce qui la sépare d'un simple tensiomètre de poignet : elle enchaîne les mesures toutes les 15 minutes. C'est aussi le mode le plus coûteux en énergie, avec jusqu'à 1 jour d'autonomie, contre jusqu'à 6 jours en usage typique.

Warranty and after-sales service
Huawei commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.

Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
