La Sonos Era 300 est une enceinte connectée compatible Dolby Atmos. Elle réunit six haut-parleurs — quatre tweeters et deux woofers — pilotés par six amplificateurs numériques de classe D. Un tweeter est orienté vers l'avant, deux sur les côtés, et le dernier vers le haut dans un cône directionnel : c'est lui qui porte la voie de hauteur.
Côté réseau, Sonos publie du Wi-Fi 6 en 2,4 ou 5 GHz et du Bluetooth 5.3. Le calibrage Trueplay fonctionne depuis un appareil iOS ou Android, et AirPlay 2 est accepté à partir d'iOS 11.4. Pour un rendu Atmos réel, il faut un service et un contenu compatibles : six transducteurs ne compensent pas une source stéréo.
Deux points matériels à anticiper : l'entrée ligne passe par le port USB-C et réclame l'adaptateur Sonos ainsi qu'un câble 3,5 mm, vendus séparément ; et avec 4,47 kg pour 260 × 185 × 160 mm, l'enceinte demande une étagère qui tient vraiment.

Warranty and after-sales service
Sonos commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
This device falls under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme. When you buy, we take back a used device of the same type free of charge, one for one, whatever its brand and condition.
We send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
