L'Arctis Nova Pro Wireless associe des haut-parleurs en néodyme de 40 mm, une réponse de 10 à 40 000 Hz en filaire et de 10 à 22 000 Hz en sans-fil, et une réduction active du bruit à conception hybride quatre microphones, doublée d'un mode Transparence. Le micro ClearCast Gen 2 est une perche entièrement rétractable.
Son originalité tient au système à deux batteries : SteelSeries publie 18 à 22 heures par batterie, soit 44 heures en 2,4 GHz, et le remplacement à chaud prend moins de 8 secondes. 15 minutes de charge rendent 3 heures de jeu. La station relie deux systèmes par ses deux ports USB-C, et le casque tient le 2,4 GHz et le Bluetooth v5.0 en même temps.

Warranty and after-sales service
SteelSeries commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
