Le Beoplay EX est un écouteur true wireless à réduction de bruit active adaptative. Chaque oreillette loge un transducteur électrodynamique au néodyme de 9,2 mm ; l'ensemble compte six microphones MEMS omnidirectionnels et une réponse annoncée de 20 Hz à 22 000 Hz. La liaison se fait en Bluetooth 5.2, avec aptX Adaptive, AAC et SBC.
Bang & Olufsen publie 6 h d'écoute réduction de bruit activée et 20 h au total avec le boîtier, contre 8 h et 28 h une fois l'ANC coupée : c'est elle, et non le volume, qui pèse le plus sur l'autonomie. Vingt minutes dans le boîtier rendent 1 h 45 d'écoute, et ce boîtier se recharge aussi par induction Qi.
La fiche du constructeur liste l'aluminium, le polymère, le silicone et le verre trempé, pour 6 g par écouteur et 53 g de boîtier. L'indice IP57 couvre la poussière et l'immersion.

Warranty and after-sales service
Bang & Olufsen commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
This device falls under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme. When you buy, we take back a used device of the same type free of charge, one for one, whatever its brand and condition.
We send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
