Le casque QuietComfort Ultra réunit la réduction de bruit Bose et l'Audio Immersif, en Bluetooth 5.3 jusqu'à 10 m, avec prise en charge Snapdragon Sound. À la mise sous tension, CustomTune émet une tonalité de calibration et ajuste le rendu à la forme de chaque oreille. Trois modes sont proposés : Silencieux, Conscient et Immersion.
Le son immersif se paie en autonomie : Bose annonce jusqu'à 24 h une fois coupé, environ 18 h activé. Quinze minutes de charge rendent 3 h d'écoute.
Pour 0,25 kg, la structure associe plastique et aluminium, avec des coussinets amovibles en cuir protéiné. Une entrée auxiliaire et son câble 3,5 mm vers 2,5 mm sont fournis, pour une source dépourvue de Bluetooth.

Warranty and after-sales service
Bose commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
This device falls under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme. When you buy, we take back a used device of the same type free of charge, one for one, whatever its brand and condition.
We send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
