Le Momentum 4 Wireless est un casque circum-auriculaire à transducteurs dynamiques de 42 mm, donnés pour 6 Hz à 22 kHz et 106 dB SPL. Il se connecte en Bluetooth 5.2 avec SBC, AAC, aptX et aptX Adaptive, et sa batterie lithium-ion de 700 mAh est annoncée pour 60 heures de lecture, réduction de bruit active comprise.
Soixante heures changent la façon de s'en servir : on recharge une fois par semaine plutôt qu'une fois par jour, et la mesure Sennheiser est faite ANC allumé, pas éteint. Cette réduction de bruit est hybride et adaptative, avec deux micros MEMS par oreille et du beamforming pour la voix en appel.
L'impédance passe de 470 ohms en actif à 60 ohms en passif : le câble jack fourni, en 3,5 et 2,5 mm, permet d'écouter batterie vide, et l'adaptateur avion est dans la boîte. L'égaliseur et la personnalisation sonore passent par l'application Smart Control de Sennheiser.

Warranty and after-sales service
Sennheiser commercial warranty: 24 months from the invoice date, covering manufacturing defects.
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years. It falls to us as the seller — you do not have to contact the manufacturer. During those 24 months you only have to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. Any repair under this heading extends the warranty by six months.
Warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, within 2 years of discovering the defect.
Need to claim? Return number within 2 working days and return postage at our expense.
Delivery, insurance and returns
Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearing, by Colissimo, to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Handed over against signature, never left in a letterbox.
The parcel leaves with a declared value with the carrier, at our expense — the amount covered is shown when you order. If it is lost or damaged, the responsibility is ours as the seller: we refund you or send a replacement.
Returns within 30 days, of which 14 are the statutory right to cancel. Return postage at your expense; insure the parcel for its value. Refund within 14 days at the latest.
Old equipment take-back
This device falls under the waste electrical and electronic equipment scheme. When you buy, we take back a used device of the same type free of charge, one for one, whatever its brand and condition.
We send you a prepaid return label. The device is taken back even if it no longer works.
